  • What if a Product Link doesn't not work?

  • What if the dimensions of a specified product is not suitable for my space?

    If any item does not fit within your space by size, you can look out for similar looking items that fit within your space. The main objective of this unique service is that you are not back to square one at any point; the 3D Visuals and Moodboards will both aid you in choosing an alternative.

  • I am not satisfied with the selections after purchase, can I request a Refund?

    We have tried our best to provide a wholesome service with these packages. When you purchase a package, you are not only purchasing the design, you are also acknowledging the effort gone into curating these unique themes, and you will be receiving the fruits of the labour in the form of product links and mood boards. For this very reason, refunds will not be issued on this service, we hope you understand!

  • I would prefer a bespoke custom package for my room, which is not accessible to others.

    We are working on the specifics of providing this service in the near future. Meanwhile, for bespoke interior design services, kindly reach out to our main team at Moori Interiors.

  • I have some inputs about some themes that I would like to see in the packages collection, can I share them with your team?

    We are constantly on the lookout for interesting and unique design themes to offer on our website. If you have any suggestions, please do email us or DM us on instagram with reference images, we would be thrilled to work on them and offer them as packages on the website!
